Wee is Managing Director and Head of Capital Raising at 32RE, a boutique real estate investment management platform, and leads fundraising efforts, notably in its joint venture with Weave Living. He also drives investor relations dialogue with potential partners, helping to uncover off-market opportunities and strategic collaborations.

Teng Chuen previously served as a First Vice President in the Corporate Banking division of UOB, working on the financing of commercial, hospitality, retail and residential transactions in Southeast Asia, China, Australia and the UK. 

He is also a Co-Founder and Director of For The Love of Laundry, a laundry services company with GreenEarth technology, a toxin-free commercial laundry technology made of liquid silicone.
